Alexandra Hogan is an infectious disease modeller, currently working on mathematical models for malaria transmission and vaccine impact at Imperial College London. Alexandra recently completed her PhD at the Research School of Population Health, the Australian National University, under the supervision of Kathryn Glass. For her PhD, Alexandra developed mathematical models for the transmission of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in children, with a particular focus on seasonality and the potential impact of a maternal vaccine. More information about Alexandra’s research and contact details can be found at http://www.imperial.ac.uk/people/a.hogan.
